Tentative Exhibitor Opportunities
1. Exhibit Location
Exhibits are located in the main hall of the Hoam Convention Center This placement insures the exhibits are in an area of maximum traffic flow.
2. Exhibit Schedule
Please note exhibits begin on Thursday. Hours listed are tentative and subject to change.
- Oct.16th (Wed). 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Oct.16th (Wed) 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Oct.17th (Thur) 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Oct.18th (Fri) 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. Exhibit Pricing
APER is pleased to offer an option in exhibit space:
Table with Table Attended by a Company Representative which includes
- One table: $500
- 2 Chairs per table
- Identifying tent card
- Complimentary Conference Registration (1 per table)
4. Space Assignments
Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Contracts for Exhibit Space must be accompanied by 50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due by September 28th, 2019. Contracts submitted without payment will not be processed and space will not be held.
5. Cancellation Policy
Exhibitors shall give written notice of cancellation. If written notice is received by October 9th, 2019 total contract amount less a 50% cancellation fee will be refunded to the Exhibitor. No refunds will be allowed for any cancellation after October 16th, 2019.: email@example.com
